4 indicted by Washington County grand jury

MACHIAS, Maine — The Washington County grand jury has returned indictments against four people.

Jessica Seeley, 31, of Lubec, was indicted on one count of theft by unauthorized taking and one count of forgery in a grand jury report issued Friday.

Also indicted were:

Jeremy Carr, 22, Charlotte, violating a protective order, violating condition of release.

Semisi Moala, 51, Ellsworth, aggravated criminal operating under the influence, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, leaving the scene, operating after revocation, aggravated forgery, violating condition of release.

Tyler Tibbetts, 21, Harrington, criminal operating under the influence, operating after suspension, tampering with a witness or informant.
