ORRINGTON – Patsy Cote passed away peacefully April 13, 2014 at her home in Orrington surrounded by her loving family. Patsy was born November 27, 1931 in Caribou, daughter of Acael and Charlene Chapman.
She loved playing cards, cooking and watching cooking shows. Patsy’s favorite thing, however, was spending everyday, life and holidays with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Sheldon Cote Sr. and her brother Stanley Chapman.
Surviving are four children Delores and husband Dale Berry of Florida, Nancy and husband Bob Pearson of Orrington, Cherie and husband Jim Young of Orrington, and Nick and wife Tammy Cote of Orrington; siblings Bobby and wife Marilyn Chapman of North Dakota, Shirley and husband Paul Michaud of Caribou, Carol and husband Norman St Amand of Brewer, and Ronnie Chapman of Caribou; “Special sister-in law” Donna Chapman of Caribou; grandchildren Tony and wife Laurie, Dayle-Lynn and husband Mike, Tammi, Chris and wife Angela, Nikole and husband Jamie, Jenny, and Nick; great grandchildren Chris, Ben, Sam, Abigail, Jacob, Aaron, Matt, Kaden, Tyler and Chase.
A celebration of Patsy’s life will be held for friends and family on Friday April 18, 2014 at 11am at the home of Jim and Cherie Young at 14 Chestnut Lane, Orrington.
