PLYMOUTH – Chesley Raymond Wooldridge, 68, died unexpectedly April 2, 2014 at his North Shore Road residence. He was born Sept. 21, 1945 in Burlington, MA, a son of Thomas and Mabel (Farnell) Wooldridge.
He was a retired boiler maker for a union in Mass. Chesley served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Benjamin Berry Post No. 50, American Legion in Unity. He loved to fish and enjoyed his cats and dogs.
He is survived by his lifetime partner of 33 years, Brenda Hosmer of Plymouth; a son, Alfred Wooldridge of Hartland; 2 daughters, Linda Berry of Montague, MA and Diane Johnson of Florence, MA; 2 sisters, Alice Bowman of Rockland, MA and Roberta Beyer of Easthampton, MA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by 2 brothers and 5 sisters, Rosella Spence, Richard Wooldridge, Pearl Petrino, Shirley Durgin, Almon Wooldridge, Gladys Buckley and Karen Neal.
