Bangor police seek help identifying man in store surveillance photo

Those with information about the man pictured at a Bangor Mall store on March 15 are asked to call Officer Ben Paradis at 947-7384 ext. 5786.

BANGOR, Maine — Police are looking for a man pictured in surveillance images from a Bangor Mall store and have posted an image of the man on the department’s Facebook page hoping someone will recognize him.

“Officer Ben Paradis is looking for help identifying the male subject in this photo,” the photo caption reads. “He is wanted for questioning in a shoplifting case that occurred at one of the stores in the mall.”

The time-stamped video image was taken at 1:25 p.m. March 15, and shows a man wearing a dark Under Armour hat and hooded sweatshirt, carrying an armful of clothing.

Those with information about the man pictured are asked to call Officer Ben Paradis at 947-7384 ext. 5786. Those who wish to remain anonymous, press ext. 6 and leave a message on the department’s tip line.
