STACYVILLE, Maine — A man out on bail facing charges that he allowed minors to drink alcohol at his home a month ago, contributing to crash later that night, was caught doing the same thing Friday night, according to Maine State Police.

Maine State Police Troopers Tim Saucier and Carman Lilley went to visit Cameron McNally, 24, of Stacyville on Friday night to make sure he was following the conditions of his bail.

McNally had been charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol in early February after two 18-year-olds suffered minor injuries when they crashed a pickup truck after consuming alcohol at McNally’s residence, police said.

On Friday night, the troopers conducting the bail check on McNally found three juveniles drinking alcohol inside McNally’s home.

Three 19-year-old men, Spencer Anderson of Patten, Nathen Cyr of Patten and Patrick Knowles of Sherman, each were charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, according to a state police news release.

McNally was arrested, charged again with allowing minors to consume and possess alcohol, and violation of his bail conditions.
