CARIBOU – Marilyn M. Adams, 89, wife of the late Alton Adams, died March 11, 2014 at Caribou .She was born in Caribou, September 27, 1924 the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Tardy) Dubay.

Mrs. Adams was employed at L.S. Hall’s in Caribou for many years. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, and also attended the Caribou United Baptist Church. Mrs. Adams was a member of the Lister-Knowlton Post 9389 VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Cary Medical Center Seniority program.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Thompson, her granddaughter, Jodi Blaisdell and her husband, Robert, her three grandchildren, Robert D. Blaisdell, Richard A. Blaisdell and his significant other, Jade McConnell and Jennifer Blaisdell, all of Connor Twp.; one sister, Ruth Vetsch of Florida; several nieces and nephews including a special niece, Diane Mazerolle of Kenduskeag, and nephews, Gary and Fred Adams of Connecticut. Mrs. Adams was predeceased by her husband in 1985; a son in law, Dana W. Thompson; a brother, Galen, and a sister, Jeannette Ford.
