Travis H. Hull

COOPER – Travis H. Hull passed away March 5, 2014, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Feb. 8, 1940, to the late Thurston -Hull and Mildred Hull (Watson) in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Travis relocated to Maryland and attended Mt. Aetna Academy where he met his wife, Dee, of 54 years. He spent the majority of his professional career in the health care and dietary management industries. Travis’ passions were his family, reading, and gardening. In 2005, he moved to Maine where he especially enjoyed the Maine lifestyle. He was an accomplished pianist and vocalist. He loved sharing the joy of his music with family, friends and fellow church goers. Travis’ passion for life did not end after the onset of his disability in 2004. Cooper residents would often see Travis mowing his lawn, snowmobiling, four wheeling on his ATV and hauling wood supplies in preparation for the long Maine winters.

Travis is survived by his wife, Dee Hull of Cooper; sons, H. Travis Hull of Cooper, and Darrin Hull of Delafield, Wis.; brothers, Calvin Hull of Roseburg, Ore., and Forest Hull of Gatzke, Minn.; and grandchildren, Travis H. Hull II of Orono, Elizabeth Hull of Cooper, Lauren Hull of Delafield, Wis., and Conner Hull of Delafield, Wis. He was predeceased by his parents, Thurston and Mildred Hull.
