DEDHAM – Marilyn McTigue of Dedham, died peacefully on March 5, 2014, in Bangor, at a local nursing home. She was born May 9, 1943, in Bangor, the daughter of James and Maxine McDermott.
Marilyn was employed for 35 years at BMHI. She was a member of the Eagles Club and the Elks Club.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband, Darrell McTigue of Dedham; and a daughter, Deborah Willey, also of Dedham. She also leaves behind two very special grandsons, Rick Willey, and Tyler Harmon and their spouses, Marni Giorgi, and Robin Johnston; as well as three great-grandchildren, Savanna, Colton, and Leni. Along with her loved ones, Marilyn had two very special people in her life, Alexis Robbins, and Beatrice Jack, who was her true lifelong friend. In addition to her parents, Marilyn was predeceased by two sisters, Carolee Smith, and Joyce Lambert.
At Marilyn’s request there will be no services at this time. There will be a graveside service at a later date.
