Althea P Robinson-Casanova

DANFORTH and WESTON – Althea P. Robinson Casanova, 89, passed away peacefully Feb. 23, 2014, at her daughters home in Weston. She was born Aug. 21, 1924, in Danforth, daughter of Elmer and Pearl (Speight) Robinson.

Althea graduated from Danforth High School in June 1941. Althea was predeceased by the love of her life, Luis F. Casanova. She is survived by her brother, John D. Robinson of Bangor; and her children, John and Rosalie Casanova of Pine, Colo., Frances Motte of Weston, and Cecelia and Jim Ivers of Danforth; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Ted Sussman and Hospice for all their kind and loving care.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Aroostook Houlton Office. A graveside service will be held at Maple Street Cemetery in Danforth in the spring.
