BANGOR, Maine — Police say a teenage driver failed to stop at the intersection of Buck Street and West Broadway before a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening.

The 16-year-old Milford girl and her passenger were in a 2013 Kia sedan heading toward the municipal golf course on West Broadway at about 4:30 p.m., when the vehicle struck a 2006 pickup driven by 23-year-old Tyler Clark of Bangor, according to Bangor police Sgt. Kevin MacLaren.

The pickup was heading down Buck Street toward the Cross Insurance Center.

Police are not identifying the teenager because she is a minor. MacLaren said no charges are pending in connection with the crash.

Emergency personnel did not take anyone to the hospital as result of the accident, according to MacLaren.
