Game notes: The Black Bears hope to creep back into the top of the t standings by completing a season sweep of the Catamounts. UMaine beat UMBC 61-48 Saturday, while Vermont lost 69-52 at Albany. The Bears look to initiate a fast tempo and attack the basket while trying to keep the Catamounts off the boards. UVM has been without Maine native and leading scorer Kayla Burchill (10.9 ppg) for three games due to a concussion. The Cats have lost two straight and eight of 10 and are giving up 73.3 ppg on 46 percent shooting in AE play.
