ROCKLAND, Maine — A Cushing woman was charged Thursday evening with multiple offenses after she drove her car into a parked vehicle.

Ranae L. Robbins, 42, was issued summonses on charges of operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and violating a condition of release, according to Rockland police.

Robbins was driving a 2007 Chevrolet SUV west on Park Street at 6:30 p.m. Thursday when she veered to the right side of the road and struck a parked vehicle, police reported.

There was no one inside the other vehicle. Both her vehicle and the 2005 Chevrolet sedan owned by Robert J. Robinson, 62, of Thomaston were destroyed.

Robbins was taken to Pen Bay Medical Center with nonincapacitating injuries, according to police.
