EXETER – Brenda L. Curtis, 52, died unexpectedly Jan. 9, 2014, at her Exeter home following a period of ill health. She was born May 10, 1961, in Woonsocket, R.I., the daughter of Robert and Mary Jane (Godden) Candara.
She was educated in Woonsocket schools. Brenda was a CAN for 29 years. She worked at Dexter Health Care for the past five years retiring a few months ago due to ill health. Brenda’s favorite time was when she could be with her family and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Mark W. Curtis of Exeter; two daughters, Terry Desautel of Exeter, and Chrystal Nevells of Exeter; one brother, Richard Candara of Woonsocket, R.I.; and eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Rebecca Curtis.
