ROCKLAND, Maine — The death of an 80-year-old woman found outside her home Saturday morning is not considered suspicious.
The body of Roxie Hill was found at about 8:30 a.m. outside her home at 26 Washington St., according to authorities.
Deputy Rockland Police Chief Wally Tower said her death was not considered suspicious but the body was taken to the state medical examiner’s office in Augusta for an autopsy.
An official at the medical examiner’s office said Monday afternoon that the cause of death was not yet available.
Temperatures were 7 degrees below zero on Saturday morning in Rockland.
