Game notes: The Black Bears hope to bounce back after last Saturday’s loss to Green Bay, while Brown has won two straight, including Wednesday’s 66-56 decision over Rhode Island. This is the opener of Brown Classic, with Fairfield and Morgan State playing in the other game to determine Saturday’s matchups. Roberts and Wood have been the catalysts for UMaine, which continues to work toward establishing a more consistent defensive and rebounding presence in the post.
