Florence Evelyn (Richards) Curtis

BURLINGTON – Florence Evelyn (Richards) Curtis, 83, wife of Ralph Curtis, passed away Nov. 26, 2013, at a Lincoln health care facility. She was born May 29, 1930, in Camden, the daughter of Haddie (Demmons) and Burnside Richards.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by five grandchildren, Marie Puccino, Dominic and Nicholas Nuzzo, all of Branford, Conn., Joshua Fisher of Ashland and Melissa Fisher of Presque Isle; six great-grandchildren, Miranda and Danielle Puccino, Logan and Abigail Michaud, Luchenzo and Alessandro Nuzzo; a brother, Harold Richards; and a sister, Georgie Chapin and Bud, all of Camden. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by daughters, Barbara Nuzzo and Clara Fisher; and siblings, Keith, Albert, Normand, Frederick, Clifton, Raymond, and Kenneth Richards, and Winnona Mayhew.

Friends may call from noon-2 p.m. Monday, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Keith Shorey officiating. Interment will be at Mount Repose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Activities Fund, Colonial Healthcare, 36 Workman Terrace, Lincoln, ME 04457.
