Plummer leads UMA women’s basketball past EMCC

BANGOR — Jamie Plummer poured in a game-high 29 points Monday night to propel the University of Maine-Augusta to a 72-66 women’s basketball victory over Eastern Maine Community College in the season opener for both teams at Johnston Gym.

Arreonte Lee tossed in 26 points and Jennifer Lola netted 13 points for the Moose.

Kara Hebert paced the Golden Eagles with 20 points, while Kylee Fogg tossed in 16 and Hannah Bess contributed 11.
