SEBEC – Joseph S. Flint, 49, passed away Oct. 29, 2013, doing what he loved most, running his excavator, in Sebec. He was born Nov. 14, 1963, in Fall River, Mass., the son of the late Ellis K. and Edith (Silva) Flint. Joe was very proud of his family and his business, Flint Construction, which he operated with his wife and son.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Jodi M. (French) Flint of Sebec; his son, Joseph “JJ” Flint of Sebec and his companion, Jessica, of Dover-Foxcroft; his sister, Tammie Crocker and her husband, Leroy, of Hebron; his nephew, Dustin Vashon of Hebron; his niece, Destiny Crocker of Hebron; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by all his Bears Den friends and his dogs, Bronson and Sheena.
For the services, the family asks friends to come dressed in their work clothes in honor of Joe and all his hard work throughout his life. Friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, with Pastor Isaiah Hill officiating.
