CASCO, Maine — Two men were arrested on Monday afternoon after an alleged theft of ATV’s and a trailer, according to sheriff’s deputies.

Zach Pelletier, 20, of Naples and Dana Manchester II, 22, of Bridgton are both facing four counts of Class B theft, while Pelletier was also nabbed for violation of bail on a previous theft charge, according to Capt. Don Goulet of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

The two men were pulled over on Meadow Road in Casco on Monday for a routine traffic stop, according to Goulet.

The men were hauling a covered snowmobile trailer behind their 1993 GMC Yukon, and it was determined the trailer was stolen from a Raymond residence, along with three ATVs.

The ATVs were later found at a property in Casco, Goulet said. The stolen property had a value of over $10,000.

Pelletier is being held without bail at the Cumberland County Jail while Manchester was released on $1,000 bail.
