WINN, Maine — A 35-year-old Winn woman who was reported missing Wednesday afternoon was found alive and well in a wooded area near her home on North Road, a Maine Warden Service official said shortly before 7:30 p.m.

Juliet Hendsbee, 35, is being evaluated by medical personnel as a precaution, Cpl. John MacDonald said in a news release issued shortly after Hendsbee was found by state game wardens and personnel from the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
