MACHIAS, Maine — An Addison Maine has been indicted by the Washington County grand jury on four charges accusing him of committing sex crimes against a young girl.
Kenneth Frisbee, 46, was indicted on two counts of unlawful sexual contact and two counts of gross sexual assault.
The alleged victim spent the night at Frisbee’s home in August 2012, according to First Assistant District Attorney Paul Cavanaugh. Two offenses are alleged to have taken place that evening, when she was 11, and the other two allegedly occurred the next day, which was her 12th birthday, Cavanaugh said.
The charges were brought by Maine State Police, and the indictments were returned earlier this month.
Additional indictments handed down on Sept. 9 were:
Lester Burgess, 51, Harrington, theft by unauthorized taking.
Christopher W. Dow, 22, Calais, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts of criminal forfeiture.
Seth D. Emery, 24, Jonesboro, operating under the influence, operating beyond license condition or restriction.
Jeremy E. Hawkins, 28, Machias, theft by unauthorized taking.
Michael J. Johnson, 31, Harrington, operating after revocation.
Christopher R. LaPointe, 27, Orrington, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal mischief.
Robert W. Leighton, 29, Jonesport, operating under the influence, speeding, eluding an officer, operating after suspension.
Joshua McDougal, 21, Calais, theft by unauthorized taking, failure to appear.
Arielle N. Metcalf, 23, Calais, theft by unauthorized taking.
