Convicted felon accused of possessing firearms after Camden police find shotgun, revolver

CAMDEN, Maine — A 32-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and charged with possessing firearms as a convicted felon.

Justin Bowen of Camden was arrested by the Camden Police Department following a search at his home.

A shotgun, revolver and an air rifle were seized, according to court records. The documents did not indicate why police searched the home.

Bowen was convicted in 1999 of felony aggravated criminal mischief and two counts of felony burglary.

Bowen was taken to Knox County Jail and later released on $1,000 cash bail.
