CORRECTION:

The man wardens encountered at a gate on the property was misidentified as Malcolm French in an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court on Sept. 23, 2009, for a warrant to search the property. Wardens who testified at French’s trial in Bangor on Jan. 9 said they did not know who the man was but later learned he was not French. The unidentified man was driving a white truck registered to French, according to testimony.
