BREWER, Maine — A local man who was given multiple disorderly conduct warnings while yelling obscenities at a woman’s apartment was ultimately arrested Tuesday night, police said.

Jason Baker, 31, is accused of disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release, according to Brewer Deputy Chief Jason Moffitt.

Officer Amy Nickerson went to the Acme Road area around 9:30 p.m. when it was reported Baker was yelling at the woman, according to Moffitt.

When Nickerson arrived, she learned Baker had already been given a disorderly conduct warning, and when he continued to yell, the victim had contacted police.

Baker was screaming obscenities when Nickerson got to the scene, the deputy chief said.

Baker was placed under arrest and brought to Penobscot County Jail, according to Moffitt. Baker had active bail conditions not to contact the woman.
