Howland driver captures Ladies feature, series title

HERMON, Maine — Amy Houde of Howland started the Ladies 25-lap series race three on the pole at Speedway 95 Wednesday night and led all the way to the checkers, winning her second feature in a row and capturing the title in the three-race series.

Danielle Beal of Hampden finished the race in second, but had just recently returned to racing so was not in the race for a series position. Rhonda Wilbur of Hermon was third in the night’s feature and finished second overall in the series. Third in the series but not racing in the feature was Erin Evans of Milo.
