ROCHESTER, N.H. — A Lebanon, Maine, resident is accused of shoplifting at Walgreens on Saturday.

Anthony Ullven, 36, of 7 Comanche Lane in Lebanon, Maine, was arrested Saturday on a willful concealment charge, a misdemeanor, for allegedly shoplifting at Walgreens on South Main Street.

After his arrest, Ullven was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 9, at 8 a.m., at Rochester Circuit Court.

Rochester police remind residents that shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and that according to RSA 637:3-a (g), a person who has been twice convicted of shoplifting within a 36-month period shall be charged with a Class B felony.
