Employees of the restaurant on Broadway had notified officers that Joseph Walton, 33, of Bangor was passed out inside shortly before 5 a.m., according to Sgt. Paul Edwards.
When Officer Gary Decker woke Walton up and tried to speak with him, it was clear he was under the influence of something, according to Edwards.
