BANGOR, Maine — An Eddington man enjoying Wednesday night’s 3 Doors Down concert from the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot was arrested after ignoring a disorderly conduct warning, police said.

Jason Reaviel, 41, had been given a warning about 15 minutes prior to being arrested, according to Sgt. Wade Betters.

“We had already been there for [multiple] disorderly complaints earlier in the evening,” said Betters.

Officer Joe Page, who was on foot patrol in the area, noticed a fight involving four people shortly before 10 p.m., the sergeant said, with two people trying to separate two others who were fighting.

When Page ran Reaviel’s name, the officer learned he had been issued a disorderly conduct warning approximately 11 minutes earlier, according to Betters.

This time, police weren’t going to issue Reaviel a warning, but when Page tried to arrest him, he made threats toward the officer, the sergeant said.

Reaviel was eventually secured and brought to Penobscot County Jail, where he remained Friday.

According to BDN court archives, Reaviel has multiple convictions for crimes including theft, burglary, and criminal OUI dating back to 1995.
