WILTON, Maine — A Livermore Falls man accused of beating a Wilton man in the head with a homemade club during a street fight on June 30 turned himself in early Wednesday.

Wilton police issued a warrant for the arrest of Juan Colon, 23, on a charge of felony aggravated assault on July 3.

Wilton police Chief Heidi Wilcox said that Colon turned himself into the jail at about 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Police arrested a second man, Kahner Dee, 18, of Jay, on an arrest warrant for a felony charge of aggravated assault on Friday at his Farmington work place.

A third man, Benjamin York, 18, of Jay, was arrested on July 2 on the same charge.

The victim in the case, Jason White, 43, of Wilton was also arrested by Jay police on July 2 on a charge of criminal threatening.

The melee started in Jay.

According to the police affidavit of Detective Richard Caton IV, White told police that several men ran toward him when he went by 23 Maxwell Road in Jay. He told police he threw a Molotov cocktail into the road in their direction and the men chased him into Wilton, where he was assaulted, the affidavit states.

Wilton police responded to a report of people fighting on Main Street and found White unconscious and lying on Main Street, bleeding from the head, Wilton police Chief Heidi Wilcox previously said. He was taken to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington with a head injury and released the following day.
