Ardith Maie Judkins

DOVER-FOXCROFT – Ardith Maie Judkins, 92, passed away June 27, 2013, at Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born July 3, 1920, in Alma, New Brunswick, daughter of James and Carolyn (Seamons) Marks.
She moved from Canada to the Milo area when she was five, where she lived until moving to Dover-Foxcroft in 1940.
She leaves son, Ernest W. Judkins III of Dover-Foxcroft; three daughters, Valerie A. Pease and husband, Roger, of Redmond, Wash., Carolyn M. Touchette of Baldwinville, Mass., and Doretta S. Prior and husband, Lyman, of Carmel; brother, Lewis Marks of Brownville; two sisters, Gilda Howlett and husband, Dick, of Crouseville, and Sandra Smith and husband, John, of Lewiston; five grandchildren, Christopher Pease and wife, Yvonne, Tracy Smouse and husband, Jeff Reed, Courtney Touchette, Heather Carroll and Shamus York and wife, Terry; ten great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mary and Denise Marks; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Ernest “Woody” Judkins Jr.; two sisters, Una Welcome and Juanita Watson; and two brothers, James and Edward Marks.
