One word for Maine’s workforce? ‘Seasoned’

Almost half of all private industry workers are over 44 years old Currently, 46 percent of private industry workers are at least 45 years old. Within the next twenty years, at least 40 percent of the current workforce for most sectors will be 65 or older.
