Cameron F. Arrigoni

WINTERPORT – Cameron F. Arrigoni, 21, passed away unexpectedly June 9, 2013. Cameron was born June 27, 1991, in Biddeford, to Charles and Laurie Ann (Saucier) Arrigoni.
Cameron attended Leroy H. Smith Elementary School and Wagner Middle School before graduating from Hampden Academy, class of 2009. He was currently employed as a dietary aide at Westgate Manor, Bangor, where he was often called outside his work to bring joy to residents by playing the piano. Cameron had great musical talents and played the piano by ear. He was an avid movie enthusiast and talented video editor and in conjunction produced many YouTube movie trailers under the name Chigawa. Cameron loved his pets, was always helping others, and had a wry sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church. Cameron will be remembered as a loving son, brother, cousin, nephew and friend.
Cameron is survived by his loving parents, Charles and Laurie Ann Arrigoni; loving younger sister, Marissa Arrigoni; aunts, Carol Arrigoni, Pat St. Peter and husband, Tom, and Sue Saucier; uncles, Rodney Saucier, Sidney Saucier, Stanley Saucier and partner, Tim Wilson, Fred Saucier and Paul Saucier; loving girlfriend, Kasey Lott; his faithful furry companions, Lilly the dog and Cassie the cat; as well as several close cousins and friends too numerous to mention. Cameron was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents, Camille and Mary Jane Saucier and Betty and Frank Arrigoni; great-grandmother, Elsie Arrigoni; best friend, Matthew Osborne; and dog, Bonnie.
Family and friends are invited to visit 5-8 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church, Main Street, Winterport. Interment will be private for family only, however everyone is invited to Leroy H. Smith School, 319 South Main St., Winterport after the Mass to share in light refreshments and a continued time of remembrance. In lieu of flowers contributions in Cameron’s honor may be made to Cameron Arrigoni Memorial Fund, care of Maine Savings F.C.U., P.O. Box 347, Hampden, ME 04444.
