Three indicted on drug charges after search of Farmingdale home revealed heroin, oxycodone pills

AUGUSTA, Maine — Three people arrested in a Farmingdale drug bust in April were indicted by a Kennebec County grand jury on Friday.

Christina L. Sanborn, 43, of Whitefield; Randy Figueroa, 37, of New York, N.Y.; and Nicholas F. Presby, 31, of Whitefield, were all indicted on the Class A charge of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

A Class A charge carries a maximum of a $50,000 fine and up to 30 years in prison.

Sanborn was also indicted on two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Figueroa was also indicted for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture and two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Presby was also indicted for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Kennebec County sheriff’s deputies, federal drug agents and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency served a search warrant for Sanborn’s home after a several month long investigation.

Among the contraband seized were 116 grams of uncut heroin, 57 oxycodone pills, packaging materials, scales, ledgers and drug paraphernalia, according to Kennebec County Sheriff Randy Liberty.

Also indicted on Friday were:

Amy R. Breton, 34, Augusta, for burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, three counts misuse of identification, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal mischief.

Israel D. Breton, 34, Augusta, for burglary, criminal mischief, misuse of identification, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft by unauthorized taking and violation of condition of release.

Steven B. Bucknam, 38, Oakland, for four counts possession of sexually explicit materials.

Michelle H. Campbell, 22, Mt. Vernon, for theft by deception and misuse of identification.

Cynthia B. Chepke, 55, West Gardiner, for robbery and theft by unauthorized taking.

Patrick C. Daniels, 30, Livermore, for operating after revocation.

Karim Farag, 28, Augusta, for theft by unauthorized taking.

Donald Paul Fencik, 62, Waterville, for arson.

Lindsay D. Fortin, 24, Augusta, for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture.

Gladys A. Fowler, 31, Augusta, for stealing drugs and assault.

Michael Warren Gatcomb Jr., 29, Fayette, for eluding an officer, violation of condition of release and criminal speed.

Robert A. Greatorex Jr., 23, Winslow, for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening.

Lester James Helphrey, 41, Winthrop, for violation of sex offender registration.

Daryl K. Hersom, 34, Litchfield, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking.

Robert William Horstman, 26, Winthrop, for receiving stolen property.

Jeffrey K. Hunter, 37, Oakland, for domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault.

Devon Kaufman, 19, Winthrop, for unlawful sexual contact.

Christopher J. Kjersgard, 25, Augusta, for stealing drugs, domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized taking and violation of condition of release.

Brian George Jenness-Libby, 26, Waterville, for assault and criminal mischief.

Milton E. Libby, 18, Chelsea, for eluding an officer, criminal speed and operating with a license.

Rebekah L. Merrill, 38, Waterville, for two counts unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Alexander A. Meserve, 20, Augusta, burglary, for theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief.

Todd L. Overlock, 40, Vassalboro, for domestic violence assault.

Jeffrey T. Pease, 41, Union, for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs.

Christopher R. Pinkham, 40, Pittston, for theft by unauthorized taking.

Billy Pizarro, 32, Lewiston, for two counts assault.

Michael J. Richard, 37, Jefferson, for operating after revocation and aggravated forgery.

Edward B. Robinson, 32, South Gardiner, burglary, for two counts theft by unauthorized taking and four counts violation of condition of release.

Robert A. Robinson Jr., 44, Chelsea, for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence terrorizing.

Zachary Sawyer, 25, Pittsfield, for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of crime or injury.

Dennis Lee Shannon, 28, Warren, for receiving stolen property.

Jason P. Sheehan, 29, Waterville, for escape.

Dustin A. Sprague, 27, Rome, for aggravated assault, obstructing report of crime or injury and domestic violence assault.

Brian R. Stackpole, 23, Waterville, for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture.

Daniel St. Hilaire, 46, Winthrop, for aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of condition of release.

Mary K. Testerman, 46, Jefferson, for aggravated criminal mischief, criminal OUI and operating beyond license condition or restriction.

Joseph Forest Tilly, 30, Albion, for terrorizing.

Heidi L. Traxler, 40, Portland, for theft by unauthorized taking.

Donald R. True, 45, Winthrop, for refusing to submit to arrest, eluding an officer, two counts leaving the scene, driving to endanger and reckless conduct.

George West, 29, Augusta, burglary, for theft by unauthorized taking.

Stephen A. Wright, 32, Augusta, for eluding an officer, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, refusing to submit to arrest, driving to endanger and violation of condition of release.
