William Walter Murzin

HUDSON and BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – William Walter “Bill” Murzin, 71, died peacefully and unexpectedly May 30, 2013, at his residence. He was born July 15, 1941, in Bridgeport, Conn., son of William and Helen (Szymulis) Murzyn.

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, 1958-1963. He was a mechanic and was employed by New England Telephone Co., Connecticut, and then moved to Maine and was employed by Cyr Bus, UniFirst and at Bangor International Airport for more than 20 years where he retired as Ground Support Supervisor.

He is survived by his wife, Mary (Oreski) Murzin; two daughters, Melissa Lott and husband, Todd, of Florida and Jennifer Jocelyn and husband, Willard, of Rhode Island; grandson, Todd Lott II, serving in the U.S. Army; brother, Christopher Murzyn and wife, Sharon, and their son, Brian; beloved nephews, Keith Murzin and wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Holly Rose and Michael Murzin; beloved niece, Toni Ann Borucki and husband, Joseph, and their son, Joey; beloved great-niece, Christina Rodrigues all of Connecticut; close special family friends, Deanna and Brian Thayer and their children, Brandon, Benjamin and Samantha of Maine.

There will be no formal services at this time.
