SUMMERFIELD, Fla. – Terrance W. Tozier, 68, died Feb. 12, 2013, at his home, after a long illness. Terry was born Dec. 8, 1944, in Kenduskeag, son of Walter C. and Marguerite (Graves) Tozier Jr.
Terry served in the U.S. Army National Guard for three years and the U.S. Air Force National Guard for an additional four years. Terry was self-employed, in both the real estate business and being the owner and operator of a small trucking company in the Bangor-Brewer area. In 1981 Terry, his wife, Vicki, and their son, Troy, moved to Summerfield, Fla., where Terry continued in real estate, taking ownership of a mobile home park. Throughout his life, Terry loved the Lord, and his faith and convictions were strong.
Terry is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Vicki (Morang) Tozier of Summerfield, Fla.; three sisters, Donna Trask and husband, Keith, of Corinth, Diana Skolfield and husband, Barry, of Corinth and Leatha Wheeler and husband, Marvin, of Corinth; brother, Paul Tozier and wife, Ruth, of Bangor; three sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews; as well as friends whom he loved very much. In addition to his parents, Terry was predeceased by two sons, Troy B. Tozier in 2012 and Joel H. Tozier; and brother, Elden L. Tozier in 2013.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, at Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth, with the Rev. Clayton Blackstone officiating. A service of Brookings-Smith, Bangor. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com.
