DEXTER – Pat Reed, 80, died May 13, 2013, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born May 27, 1932, in Dexter, daughter of Adelard “Pete” and Laurette (Clukey) Nadeau.
Pat was a communicant of St. Anne’s Catholic Church and had worked as a stitcher at Dexter Shoe Company.
She is survived by son, Allan and wife, Suzan Reed, of Corinna; daughter, Cheryl and husband, Merlon Ouellette, of Pittsfield; brother, Ronald Nadeau of Dexter; seven grandchildren, Lauralee Curtis and husband, Chuck, of Scarborough, Lynn Marquis of Kennebunk, Danielle Scherer and husband, Shawn, of Old Orchard Beach, Peter Ouellette of Pittsfield and Andy Reed of Corinna; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred; brother-in-law, Russell Reed; and sister-in-law, Gloria Nadeau. The family would like to thank the staff at Hibbard Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care Pat received.
