CORINNA – Nathan W. Driscoll, 81, died unexpectedly April 30, 2013, at his residence. He was born July 3, 1931, in Caribou, a son of James and Faye (Jordan) Driscoll.
After graduating from high school Nathan served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was employed by Anheuser-Busch for 25 years. He was a member of Corinna United Methodist Church, Masons and Shrine, York Rite.
Nathan is survived by his children, Sandy St. Pierre and husband, David, of Newport, James Driscoll and wife, Theresa, of Fort Wayne, Ind., Jean Lagasse and husband, Philip, Joan Leadbetter and husband, Peter, all of Newport, and Gregory Driscoll of Merrimack, N.H.; two brothers, Garth of Florida and Gerald of Vermont; two sisters, Lois Hixon of New Hampshire and Joyce Casey of South Carolina; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Pauline (Woodard) Driscoll; and a granddaughter, Kara.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday. Masonic services will be conducted 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Morse’s Corner Cemetery, Corinna.
