Two contested seats to be decided in Holden elections

HOLDEN, Maine — Three people will be on the June ballot for the two open town council seats, and two people are running against each other for the single school board post.

Incumbent Paul Amorosa is running for his council seat against Thomas Copeland and Malcolm Coulter Jr., a current planning board member.

RSU 63 incumbent Christopher Doering is running against Christopher Galinski.

Local elections are Tuesday, June 11, and the annual town meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, at Holden Elementary School.
