BANGOR, Maine — Police went to a disorderly call in the parking lot of the Half Acre dance and nightclub shortly after drinking hours ended Sunday morning and ended up arresting a Bangor man who was not involved in the original complaint.

“He was asked to leave and he refused,” Bangor police Sgt. Brad Johnston said of Seth Harris, 30.

Harris ignored police and was arrested at about 1:35 a.m. Sunday and charged with failure to disperse and refusing to submit to arrest, the sergeant said. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and later released, a jail official said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
