Police: Bath man charged with sexually assaulting two girls at Christmastime

BRUNSWICK, Maine — A 28-year-old Bath man was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexually assaulting two girls in Brunswick at Christmastime, police say.

Chad Logan, 28, was charged on warrants with one count each of unlawful sexual touching and unlawful sexual contact, and two counts of assault, Deputy Chief Marc Hagan of the Brunswick Police Department said Wednesday.

Logan allegedly assaulted the girls during the Christmas holidays at an undisclosed location in Brunswick.

He was released from the Brunswick Police Department on unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Cumberland County Superior Court on May 21.
