Louise Hall

ABBOT – Louise Hall, 78, died March 23, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Oct. 13, 1934, in Waterville, the daughter of David and Eva (Harrington) Thurlow.

Louise graduated from Guilford High School. She worked for Guilford Industries and Northeast Bank for many years, retiring from Pride Manufacturing Co. Louise was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and had many friends who loved her dearly. She touched everyone with warmth, humor and love.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Fred N. Hall of Abbot; two daughters, Cindy Peterson of Hermon and Sherry Smith of Portland; grandchildren, Carrie Clukey and her companion, Dan Grover, Brina Stairs and her husband, Shaun, Brandon Smith and companion, Kim Atkinson, and Cameron Smith and his companion, Mandie Ellis; and great-grandchildren, Logan, Grace-Lyn, Ava, Ellie, Hailey and Ryan. She was predeceased her by brothers, Richard, Donald and David.

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of her life 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Mount Kineo Masonic Hall, Guilford.
