Game notes: The Black Bears seek their third straight win, and to avenge their buzzer-beating loss to the Bearcats at “The Pit.” UMaine is riding the emotion of Wednesday’s last-second win over Hartford and looks to hang onto fifth place in the standings. Binghamton has lost six in a row since visiting Orono and ranks last in AE games with only 52.8 ppg.

The Bearcats have lost four in a row, including Wednesday’s 60-57 setback against Stony Brook. UMaine has allowed 69 ppg on 42 percent shooting in conference play.
