Coach Ted Woodward’s keys to the game: “We need to guard them on the arc, since they are the best team from 3[-point range] in the league. We have to excel on the board, take care of the ball and execute on offense.”
Game notes: The Black Bears hope to end a three-game skid and avoid falling into seventh place. Edwards (sprained ankle) is on the trip, but is listed as a “game-time decision.” UMaine must contend with a group of BU guards whose .379 3-point percentage is tops in league play. The Terriers have won three of their last four, but lost to Hartford 66-58 Saturday. BU, bound for the Patriot League, is ineligible for next month’s league tourney.
