BANGOR, Maine — A Bar Harbor man who was asked to leave Diamonds Gentleman’s Club on Friday night by staff and later police was arrested, Bangor police Lt. Tom Reagan said Saturday.

Troy Chabot, 39, was in the Harlow Street nightclub at about 10:10 p.m. and was charged by Officer Richard Polk with criminal trespassing, the lieutenant said.

“The subject was at Diamonds and refused to leave,” Reagan said. “Police officers went there and asked him to leave and he refused and was arrested.”

The lieutenant did not say why staff wanted Chabot out of the strip club. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
