SKOWHEGAN, Maine — After one day of deliberations, the grand jury of Somerset County announced the indictments of several people for a total of 43 separate counts.
Caleb B. Rossignol, 19, of Burnham was indicted for two separate incidents which totaled six counts. Those counts include burglary and two counts of theft for a Sept. 2 incident in Pittsfield last year, and counts of burglary, theft and stealing drugs for a July 4 incident last year, also in Pittsfield.
Rossignol has been in trouble with the law previously as according to published Bangor court records in the Bangor Daily News, Rossignol was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and fined $250 last September.
The other people who were indicted, and their charges are as follows:
Dale Edward Greaney, age not reported, Mercer, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of less than a pound of marijuana, and marijuana cultivation.
Elizabeth Nicole Rhea Austin, 27, Mercer, stealing drugs and possession of schedule W drugs.
Jason O. Campbell, 35, Madison, domestic violence assault.
Steven F. Shaw, Jr., 26; Canaan, burglary and theft.
Erica J. Theriault, 26, Fairfield, operating after restriction.
Scott R. Gagnon, 31, Fairfield, theft.
Charles H. Veilleux, 79, Skowhegan, aggravated forgery.
Tracy L. Reece, 38, Skowhegan, theft and marijuana cultivation.
Brandy L. Barrett, 27, Skowhegan, two counts of receiving stolen property.
Jason A. Keaten, 33, Norridgewock, possession of schedule W drugs.
Matthew M. Guay, 26, Palmyra, burglary, attempted theft, criminal mischief.
Sharon A. Martin, 59, Mercer, possession of marijuana and marijuana cultivation.
