Missing Gorham woman found Wednesday night in Portland

PORTLAND, Maine — A woman who was reported missing from a Gorham group home was found by Portland police on Wednesday night.

Danielle Jenness, 29, was found walking on Portland Street by police around 7 p.m., according to Portland police Lt. Scott Pelletier.

Officer stopped to speak with Jenness, and she was confirmed to be the woman who left the home sometime between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Jenness did not give Portland police any problems when they found her, according to Pelletier. She was brought to the Portland police station, where Gorham officers came and picked her up.
