PORTLAND, Maine — Winter dippers braved the frigid waters of Casco Bay at Portland’s East End Beach on Monday.
The event was part of the Natural Resources Council of Maine’s annual New Year’s Eve Polar Bear Dip and Dash fundraiser which included a 5k run and a quick dunk in the water.
