    it probably ran away

If I was going to steal anything from her, it would be her heart……

          • Anonymous

I’m pretty sure sugar her daddy wouldn’t like that.

I had a dog once that ate a whole shoe.
Laces and all. Not a trace of anything.
Then it ate the breast out of the Thanksgiving turkey

        while it was dethawing.
It also kept the “catbox” cleaned out quite nicely.

        …. I found it a good home.

I once had a dog eat a black trashbag. I didn’t know he had until the time came for him to pass it, and thought his guts were coming out! I had to give the poor guy a hand. That really stank.

          • Anonymous

My neighbor had a dog that insisted on eating rope.
One day he came home and the dog was wound around a rose bush.
Then one day he came home and the dog was gone.
            That was that.

redheaded stepchild, hope you don’t get any more pets.

        • Anonymous

Yes always give your dog an old shoe for a chewy.. Then wonder why you have no shoes. LOL!!. having a cat box cleaner is always a plus..

  • Anonymous

I hope you get your puppy back .

  • Guest

Someone probably stole all the stuff, sold the electronics and used the puppy as a christmas gift!

  • Anonymous

    Help find this girls puppy!!!!

  • Anonymous

Stealing someones dog is as low as it gets

  • Anonymous

Is the Dang still in bizness…????????

    • Anonymous

Nope – in fact the building was demolished about 8-9 years ago.

    • Anonymous

      You mean Mr. Dang.

  • Quick, get Vicki Monroe on the case. She can solve it.

    • Anonymous

      LOL!!!

  • Anonymous

I’m really hoping that this girl gets her dog back. That was incredibly mean to take her dog. Its bad enough to steal someones stuff, but to steal their dog? I mean come on. Someone out there must recognize the dog in this picture. Someone has noticed that someone got a dog that looks like it just recently. Have a conscience and do the right thing.

  • Anonymous

I bet there is a line of men outside her door right now, bringing gifts of cameras, computers and and and and thats right, puppies..

    • Anonymous

NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH ALL THIS %&^$#!ING FRANKINCENSE AND MURR??!

  • Anonymous

I hope the person who did this gets nailed. Wish we had something like the old pilgrim ‘stocks’ in one’s village green.

  • Susan Ellington Traceski

I’ve had this happen to me, they stole my shepherd mix…they found her tied to a tree, starving….I was investigated, and while interviewing ANYONE that knew me, found out that I would NEVER do that to an animal, saw ALL the LOST DOG flyers I had made and distributed all over town and beyond….I told them what really happened….the person was arrested eventually…but Sonoma went back to her original owners who relinquished her in the first place which is why I got her from the pound!!

  • I am praying this puppy will be returned to you. Shame on those who stole her. I’m also sharing it along on Facebook! Miracles happen over and over on Facebook! <3 sorry for this. : /

  • Anonymous

Could it be possible that when the person who broke into the house left a door open and the puppy just got out? If it was stolen there’s got to be someone who will notice this puppy and hopefully turn them in. Hope the puppy is safe and found soon!

    • Anonymous

Thats a very good point. It could have just escaped.

I once witnessed a pit-bull maul, a 11 year old girl, on a beach, with 8 or 9 people there, took a lot to save the girl, to get the dog off. There is something to this story that just does not ring true, like a gut feeling, but cannot put a finger on it.

But as a post script, do not buy anyone a dog for a gift, that is a personal thing for one to choose, I personally would not keep a dog, if it was housed in a forty acre field. There is nothing so nice as listening to someone’s dog bark in the shopping center parking lot.

    • Anonymous

You, sir or madam, have used up your entire allotment of commas for 2013.

      • Anonymous

Really! Can you do that! Ha! Ha! I get it now! LOL! Grammar does matter!

        • Anonymous

          Let’s eat, Gramma.
          Let’s eat Gramma.

          Yes, punctuation counts.

        • Anonymous

It ain’t so, I have bad Grammar, just you all just picken’, on me,,,,ain’t it.

      • Anonymous

        smile! ;-)

      • Anonymous

Well now, that, is, one, thing, they, have, not, passed, a, law, against, or, have, a, regulation, about, so, I guess, I, will, use, all, the, commas, I, think, I, need. Good, night., Oh, and, Happy, New, Year,

    • Vannessa

And your point is? What a puppy missing has to do with witnessing a mauling, or keeping it (not keeping it, hard to tell with all the commas) in a 40acre field has to do with Jack S… But ok?

    • Anonymous

So to sum up your comment you hate dogs, pitbulls in general, and , everyone sho,uld be just, like, you.,

      (comma)

EDIT: stop sleeping in parking lots, and the dogs won’t keep you awake.

      • Anonymous

LOL, I have noticed on here, that, getting into a dog world, one had better beware, for, there are far more dog lovers, than, people who are not quite as fond of dogs.

  • The Bad Wolf

I hope if she gets the puppy back, it is time to learn a little “dog psychology”. Allowing a puppy to roam the house and “destroy” things isn’t cute, especially if you have a pitbull or pitbull mix. It’s a symptom of boredom, and lack of discipline which can turn into a serious issue as the dog grows. Pitbulls get a bad enough rap as it is, and this one already seems headed toward the first step in becoming a stereotype: no leadership. It won’t be so “cute” when the dog weighs 60lbs and is uncontrollable.

    • Anonymous

Why don’t you give it a rest.

    • cba

He is just a baby. Would you like him to be caged up all day? Well would you like to be caged up all day?

    • Guest

What?? What does “allowing a puppy to roam the house and “destroy” things isn’t cute, esp. if you have a pitbull – mix” this have to do with the story? WTH does this have to do with someone stealing her dog?? I suppose you ‘crate’ your dog all day long when you’re not home and leave it in the ‘cage’…oh yeah, I know…” they like it!” Yeah right. Give it a rest.

    • Anonymous

It was 10 weeks old. Shut up and go preach to people who give a s–t.

    • Anonymous

how do you know she didn’t have it in a kennel?

      • Anonymous

It says so right in the article.

  • bk

Lol this same dog was stolen as a gift given to her..Google Joe cox of woodstock and weld you’ll have your answer..she doesn’t want electronic back because they’re STOLEN property..thieves!!!

    • Anonymous

You’re going to have to connect the dots a lot better than this. I read several accounts and none mention electronics, dogs (stolen or otherwise) or the lady this story is about.

      • bk

Moral of the story her “boyfriend” gave this same dog to someone I know on thanksgiving then this girl ends up with the same dog, as well as a summons for a stolen laptop that was a “gift” from the same boyfriend

        • Anonymous

It’s one thing if you know all that for a fact. However, doing a Google search for Joe Cox of Woodstock doesn’t turn up one element of your claim.
          Thank you

But what does this have to do with Chelsea, i do not see her name at all. She lost a dog come on have sympathy i would be mad if someone stole my dog, screw the electronics, the dog is a mans best friend

          • bk

No sympathy for someone who received an already stolen dog from their boyfriend as a gift

          • Vannessa

You are numb, IF it was “stolen” as you claim, does she know that? Stolen or not, I’m sure she grew attached to the dog. Why don’t you get off the internet and help out with your wealth of overflowing knowledge?

          • Anonymous

Please use punctuation so we don’t have to read your words three times to figure out what you’re trying to say.

          • Anonymous

This is a comment section not a spelling section or punctuation. Peace out sister

          • Anonymous

Again, certainly makes it easier to read when you use it. How about these: Woman without her man is nothing. See how it changes. 1) Woman: without her, man is nothing. (this is the correct one! ha ha) and 2) Woman, without her man, is nothing.

or take these: The panda eats shoots and leaves. (what the panda’s diet is) or, The panda eats, shoots, and leaves. (meaning he ate, shot someone, then left). Lots more funny examples…

Just asking for a comma and/or period to help process your comments better…to better understand what you’re saying.

          • Anonymous

My favorite is “Let’s eat Grandma!” vs “Let’s eat, Grandma!” Punctuation can save lives!

      • Anonymous

(s)he just hates this joe cox guy. I can’t see a single connection between the two cases.

        • Anonymous

Thank you i never could find anything either

        • bk

Lol Joe cox is her boyfriend you genius considering all the articles regarding him being a thief why don’t you do the math

    • Guest

uh huh, sure…go back to watching the detective shows on tv.

  • Anonymous

Wonder if she is still with the boyfriend? To me if there is no clear sign of a break in, sounds to me like the boyfriend came back and got what he THINKS is his.

    • Anonymous

The pd is hiring, I read your posts, they could use some good detectives.

“….has been missing from the room she rents at Greystone Trailer Park”

Guess a girl has to have priorities

  • Anonymous

What a sleazy thing to do, especially at Christmastime. I hope they catch the scumbag who took him and the electronics. I don’t care how poor you are, you just don’t do that.

  • Anonymous

Thank God they didn’t get her phone.

“He usually would run around [the mobile home], destroy whatever he
could find… He always made a mess and I was
just excited to get home to him. I found his mess but he wasn’t there…I just let him run free through the house. He’s not gated or
    anything.”

It’s sad that you lost your puppy, but in hindsight, if you’re not going to attempt to train or raise your puppy without any sense of good behavior….then…?

    • Edmonton Oilers

The dog is probably better off. Sounds like she wants a dog, but not the responsibility that comes with owning it.

  • Edmonton Oilers

    China Light?

  • Anonymous

What about the people she was living with?? The article says she was renting a ROOM – which would suggest other people lived in the home as well. Maybe they had a problem with the puppy being allowed to run around and mess up the whole trailer?
