    I got a solution send all these druggies to an island out in the middle of no where and let them try and survive, it would be much cheaper on the court systems and jail and society.

      Why stop there? Maybe we should send these “takers”on train cars to special camps to help them concentrate.

    Good thing they were not in a drug free zone….the fine would have been much more harsh…..maybe $800…..also with a conveniently arranged monthly payment plan….
