MADAWASKA – Clarence Boucher, 81, passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at a Madawaska health care facility. He was born July 5, 1931, in Madawaska, son of the late O’Neil Sr. and Eva (Clavette) Boucher.
Clarence served in the U.S. Navy and upon his return he worked at Fraser Papers for 33 years, until his retirement in 1993.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carmen (Saucier) Boucher of Madawaska; his children, Paul Sr. and his wife, Rose Marie, of St. Hilaire, New Brunswick, Bob and his wife, Diane, of Madawaska, Diane McCormick and her husband, Michael, of Norfolk, Va., Donald and his wife, Carol, of Albuquerque, N.M., and Susan Figg and her husband, Michael, of Bow, N.H.; 10 grandchildren, Paul Jr. and Lynne Boucher, Jenny Gilmore, Jason and Shawn Boucher, Brittany McCormick, Nicholas and Joshua Boucher, Michelle and Jacob Figg; four great-grandchildren, Mikella Gagne, Krystina Boucher, Bryn Gilmore and Isla Boucher; one brother, Reginald Boucher and his wife, Lucille, of Madawaska; two sisters, Sandra Rose and her husband, Dennis, of Madawaska and Andrea Lothian and her husband, Bill, of Ontario; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, O’Neil Boucher Jr.; and one sister, Doris Ouellette.
